The sports hall was already prepared in August as a crisis emergency shelter. From August 28, the hall was therefore completely ready for the arrival of a maximum of 80 refugees. However, the municipality had to wait for a telephone call from COA to find out when the refugees arrived and what kind of group they were. That is now clear.
