Elliott, 20, is missing – mother’s plea to the public: “Find the car”

Elliott, 20, from Skellefteå, has disappeared. The last trace of him is from Tuesday, November 28, when his phone shows that he went north to Jävre, probably driving his dark gray Volvo S80. But after that there is no trace of him, writes The evening paper.

The police in Skellefteå planned to search for Elliott by helicopter, but due to bad weather it has not been possible to carry out.

– We have lit the car and the person. We have carried out certain routine measures but we will not go any further, now we hope to receive tips, says Johann Kristianssonpolice inspector in Skellefteå, to Aftonbladet.

At the moment, the police do not suspect any crime connected to the disappearance.

Missing People has searched over 60 miles

Missing People has helped with the search for Elliott, but without any success.

– We have searched over 60 miles of road just since Wednesday. We have talked to the big taxi companies, hotels and the municipalities nearby that had plow trucks out, but we haven’t found a single trace. The car is completely gone and then it becomes like looking for a needle in a haystack, says Martin Persson on Missing People, to Aftonbladet.

News24 has been in contact with Elliot’s mother Anna who wants the public’s help in locating Elliott’s car, in the hope of finding Elliott that way.

– Elliott may have moved further than along the Norrland coast. Since we have no traces since Tuesday, he may have crossed the border into Finland, Norway or be in southern Sweden. Elliott and the car can be anywhere, says Anna to Nyheter24.

She asks everyone to check near her house to see if the car might be there.
