Nebraska resident Duane Hansen, 60, has spent years growing giant pumpkins. Then why not try to get into the Guinness Book of Records for how far you can paddle in a pumpkin? The 384-pound pumpkin, which he calls “BerTa,” got to act as a kayak as Duane paddled six miles on the Missouri River.
