Bamako announced Tuesday evening, jointly with Niamey, its desire to abolish, within three months, the tax convention established between Mali and France. This convention made it possible in particular to avoid double taxation of individuals and companies. Malians in France, who number around 100,000 according to OECD figures, are therefore directly concerned.
