Processed and packaged products threaten our health. No matter how hard we try to escape, the ultra-processed foods that surround us go through transformation processes and turn into useless foods. Packaged desserts, delicatessen products, ready meals, snack cakes… Most of them cause great harm to human health.

Foods high in salt and sugar, and snacks with additives are delicious, but incredibly harmful. According to the European Food Safety Agency report, three-quarters of processed products always contain at least one additive, and 53 percent contain at least three additives.

ATTENTION TO TERMS OF USE

Food additives are substances that are deliberately added to foods at various stages of production for a specific purpose. Their use is in accordance with regulations that establish the list of permitted additives on the basis of a prior risk assessment and specifically define the conditions of use.

TRIGGERS HEART AND VASCULAR DISEASES

Experts warn against ultra-processed foods. You should keep as much distance between you and such products as possible. You can substitute fruit for sugary products. Fries, sweets, processed foods have been proven to increase insulin production by being absorbed very quickly in the body. Too much insulin triggers the formation of cancer, cardiovascular diseases and obesity.

ULTRA PROCESSED PRODUCTS

Processed food is food that is derived from transformed vegetable or animal raw materials (such as cutting, chopping, mixing or cooking) and has been added to sugar, oil, salt, or other ingredients commonly used in cooking.
