In the Stockholm area, it has so far been free for dog owners outside customs to let their dogs poop freely in nature, without picking up after themselves, but that may soon change.
After a private person got in touch, the Traffic Board in Stockholm now has a case on its table with a proposal to change the rules so that it becomes prohibited to leave dog poo – even outside the customs.
