(Finance) – TheAbi just released a circular to Associates with reference law decree “Aid” entered into force on 18 May. In particular, the circular highlights the various aid measures envisaged in favor of companies damaged by the effects of the war and by the increase in the costs of raw materials and energy products. These aids also include the presence of guarantees public granted until 31 December 2022 by Sace and the SME Guarantee Fund against loans provided by banks.
The decree law also regulates guarantees Sace to market that will be fully operational once authorized by the European Commission. The law decree makes a revision of the legislation on the assignment of tax credits, introducing the possibility, for the bank and subjects belonging to a banking group, to transfer at any time the credits already purchased in favor of “private professional clients”.
In addition, there are provisions on the exchange of banknotes Ukrainian (Grivna) in euro banknotes.
