Actor and director Lennart Hjulström is dead, writes his son Niklas Hjulström in a post on Facebook. He turned 83 years old.
Lennart Hjulström was born in Karlstad in 1938. He studied sociology at universities. During the 1960s, he started at Gothenburg City Theater’s student school.
In 1976 he became director of the Folkteatern in Gothenburg and in the late 80’s he was appointed professor at the Dramatic Institute. Since the 90s, he has been active as an actor and director at Dramaten.
