In Season 3 of Diablo 4, a few quests are currently causing problems. For “Kull’s Heart” you should collect diaries – but this cannot be completed. You can find out what this is all about here on MeinMMO.
As part of the seasonal quest you will reach a new meeting point – “The Gate Hall”. You can reach it via a new waypoint. In Season 3 of Diablo 4 it serves as a transition from the “upper world” to the vaults.
In the gate hall you will not only find robotic traders, but also a diary. It’s on a table near the wardrobe and marked as a side quest. As soon as you click on the first diary, a seasonal side quest begins called: “Kull’s Heart”.
You will be given the task of finding more diaries in the vaults. However, the quest currently seems to be bugged, meaning players are searching for the quest items in vain.

What do I have to do in the quest? In “Kull’s Heart” you collect diary entries from Zoltun Kull. The first can be found in the Gate Hall on a table near the cloakroom, and the second can be obtained after defeating Malphas at the end of the main seasonal quest.
After these two diaries, it seems to be over at the moment.

That’s the problem: Many players report that after the second diary they can no longer find any more. The quest no longer progresses.
Even after successfully completing several different dungeons, we did not receive any additional journals – even at different world levels or in Nightmare dungeons. The diaries are actually supposed to be in the “Wirewoven Chests,” which you can open if you still have Zoltun’s protection left at the end of the vault:
To be on the safe side, we also ran entire vaults in case the diaries were somewhere else. But there’s no trace of the quest items either.

There is currently no official information about this. It’s possible that the diaries simply have an absurdly low drop rate, or can only be found at certain nightmare levels that no one has currently reached. But it may also be a bug. Since the bug in the quest “Drums of the Vault” is fixed after a day, a hotfix could also come here soon.
