The alarm came in at 8 p.m. about a man who “feels that he has been shot at” in Märsta, the police write on their website.
– We are working with a suspected shooting, says Daniel Wikdahl, press spokesperson at the police.
The man was not injured and the police describe several circumstances as unclear. Pictures from the scene show how several police patrols participated in the operation and how a cordon was set up.
Whether it is one or more perpetrators is currently unclear.
– It depends a little on what information we get from the crime scene, we have to keep it open, says Daniel Wikdahl.
The incident is classified as attempted murder and aggravated weapons offences.
