The Swedish hockey legend Daniel Alfredsson is back in the NHL club Ottawa Senators. The 50-year-old will work with player and coach development in his old team.

– You will see him all around. He will be with our players and coaches. It is a development role, says the club’s chairman Steve Staios according to TSN.

Daniel Alfredsson, who last winter was inducted into the Hockey Hall Of Fame together with the brothers Henrik and Daniel Sedinis considered one of the Senators all-time greats.

A total of 1,157 points were scored in 1,246 NHL games. He has, among other things, won Olympic gold, Olympic silver, two WC silver and two WC bronze.
