(Finance) – The board of directors of Cy4Gatea company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the cyber intelligence and security market, received the resignation of the director Eugenio Santagata, with immediate effect, due to work and personal commitments. Santagata was CEO of the company from 2015 to 2021, when he left the role to go to head Telsy, a company of the group. TIM.

The Board of Directors therefore approved the co-optation as a member of the management body of Paolo Izzo (which owns 1,700 CY4Gate common shares).
