(Finance) – Theshareholders’ meeting Of Cy4Gatea company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the cyber intelligence and security market, has approved the balance to December 31st 2023 and resolved to cover the operating loss of 11,104,148 euros with retained earnings.
The shareholders also made the appointment, upon proposal of the Board of Directors Alessandro Chimenton – already co-opted on date
26 July 2023 following the resignation of Enrico Peruzzi and the renunciation of the office of director of the non-elected candidates belonging to the list of origin of Peruzzi – as new non-independent and non-executive directorwho will remain in office until the current Board of Directors’ mandate expires.
