(Finance) – Brunello Cucinelli announced that he had purchasedas part of the share buyback programme, between 18 and 21 March 2024, in total 47,250 own ordinary shares at the average unit price of 105.0195 euros, for one countervalue total of 4,962,172.78 euros.
Following the aforementioned purchases, as of March 22, the Company holds, directly or through subsidiaries, 47,250 treasury shares, equal to 0.0695% of the shares making up the share capital.
