Corona wave reaches peak fewer and fewer new infections
The weekly figures from the RIVM on the coronavirus are later than normal this week. This is due to a new way of registering. This should ensure that the large backlog is quickly cleared.

In the past three weeks, approximately 191,000 positive
test results have not yet been passed on to the RIVM. The results were sent from the laboratories to the GGDs, and then via the source
and contact investigators to RIVM. The flow stopped. That is why the results will now go “directly from the test streets to the RIVM”.
