Three days before the end of COP28, in Dubai, the theme of the day this Saturday, December 9 is devoted to nature and the oceans. One announcement particularly concerns Africa, that of the signing of the partnership between Congo-Brazzaville, France and the European Union to protect the forest of the Republic of Congo. The Congo will thus benefit from an initial fund of 50 million dollars.
