(Finance) – The Commission of the “Three Wise Men” for the election of the new president of Confindustria she settled in yesterday, therefore, according to the procedure, the deadline for self-nominations will expire after about a week, that is Monday 12 February 2024.
The “wise men”, having received the applications, will identify, as is known, a short list of candidates and they will invite them to iillustrate the program before the general council at least two weeks before vote on April 4thwhich will designate, by secret ballot, the name of the next President.
During the installation meeting, the designation commission or the “three wise men” also defined the consultation calendar cwho will discuss with all the representatives of the Confindustria system. In this sense, meetings have been scheduled for February 15th Milanon February 16th Bolognaon February 23rd Turinon 28 and 29 February Romeon March 1st Milanon March 9th Padua and March 11th Naples.
Looking at the list of possible replacements for Bonomi, at the moment there are about four names: Edoardo GarronePresident of ERG and Il Sole 24 Ore., Antonio GozziPresident of Federacciai, and the current deputies of Confindustria Alberto Marenghi (Organization, development and marketing) ed Emanuele Orsini (Credit, finance and tax)
