Utrechtse Heuvelrug – The young men who knocked on doors in Driebergen, and possibly beyond, to collect without a permit for menstrual poverty, insisted on seeing money. Residents who offered sanitary napkins or tampons were turned away. This is evident from an inquiry by RTV Utrecht at the municipality of Utrechtse Heuvelrug. A search for the identity of the boys yields little, except for good tips on how people can recognize erroneous collectors.
