(Finance) – Thanks to the “continuous constructive dialogue” with the market managers, CNH Industrial is able to state that the delisting from Piazza Affari will be implemented “within the end of the year“. This was explained by Oddone Incisa, Chief Financial Officer of CNH Industrialin the presentation to the financial community of the results for the first quarter of 2023.

Incisa mentioned the “positive feedback from shareholders on the basis of the simplification” that will be obtained thanks to the operation.

Additionally, he said the company is “ready to increase share buybacks own as needed” to ensure a successful transition to single listing in New York e counter the impact of the delisting for European investors. Buybacks, he stressed, can be managed through cash generation and capital position.
