(Finance) – The board of directors of Civitanavi Systemsa group listed on Euronext Milan and active in the field of inertial navigation and stabilization systems, has approved the 2022 Sustainability ReportThe first ESG reporting document of the companywhich has been prepared on a voluntary basis and has not been subjected to a limited review by an independent auditing firm.

Among other things, Civitanavi Systems is striving to create a dynamic environment that favors equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion for all its employees: at the end of 2022, 36% of managerial roles were held by women and 37.2% of the workforce was made up of people under the age of 30. The company is managed by a board of directors made up of 28.57% women.
