(Finance) – CIRas part of the share buyback plan, announced that it had purchasedfrom November 27 to December 1, 2023, in the aggregate 768,096 shares at the average unit price of 0.4262 euros for one countervalue equal to 327,385.53 euros.
As of 4 December, CIR holds a total of 57,606,031 own shares, equal to 5.20% of the share capital. The subsidiaries do not own shares in the Company.
On the stock market today, a compound and controlled decline for the financial holding companywhich closed the session down by 2.12% on previous values.
