This goes against European regulations that prescribe that all Ukrainian refugees have the right to reception. The reception location, in one of the halls of the Jaarbeurs, was temporarily closed in February. After that, the door was no longer opened to everyone. Women, families with minor children and vulnerable people are still allowed to enter. Whether someone is vulnerable is decided at the registration desk.
