(Finance) – CIRas part of the share buyback plan, announced that it had purchasedfrom October 30 to November 3, 2023, in aggregate 1,082,502 shares at the average unit price of 0.3902 euros for one countervalue equal to 422,390.02 euros.
As of 6 November, CIR holds a total of 54,648,330 own shares, equal to 4.94% of the share capital. The subsidiaries do not own shares in the Company.
