(Finance) – CIRas part of the share buyback plan, announced that it had purchasedfrom March 11 to 15, 2024, in aggregate 1,860,364 shares at the average unit price of 0.5308 euros for one countervalue equal to 987,519.15 euros.
As of March 18, CIR holds a total of 69,435,341 own shares, equal to 6.27% of the share capital. The subsidiaries do not own shares of the Company.
On the Milanese price list, today, a fractional increase for CIRwhich achieved a modest profit of +0.75%.
