At the end of the transfer saga, Moises Caicedo finally ended up at Chelsea for the next eight seasons. The renewal of the West Londoners continued again with the giant acquisition of the midfield.
On Friday, the opening day of the Premier League season, there was huge news from the transfer market: Brighton accepted Liverpool’s £111 million, or €128 million, offer for their midfield diamond From Moises Caicedo.

Caicedo joined Brighton from Ecuador’s Independiente del Valle for four million pounds in February 2021. Last January, the defensive midfielder was rumored to join Arsenal, but Brighton were not satisfied with the offers. Caicedo then signed a contract extension with Brighton until 2027.
