The Gunners made the difference just before and just after the break, through Martinelli (45th) and Gabriel Jesus (54th), rewarding great domination. The Sevillians reacted too late, even if they put pressure on after Gudelj reduced the gap (59th). are in last position in the group tied with PSV with two points, three lengths behind Lens and five behind Arsenal.
Manchester United remains hopeful

The favorites take the break
In Pool C, Naples and real Madrid enforced their status by winning respectively at Union Berlin (0-1) and Braga (1-2). The Italians and the Spanish were not brilliant, and were even dominated in sequences, but showed pragmatism. Like Inter in Group D, who beat Salzburg at home (2-1) by being solid behind and efficient up front. The Nerazzurri take the lead in the group with Real Sociedad, who won at Benfica (0-1) in a dull match. The Benfiquistas are almost eliminated with three defeats in three games, seven points behind the Basques and Inter.
Paris must win to reassure itself
The Parisians will be expected, Wednesday at 9 p.m., to show a different face than that of the scathing defeat at Newcastle (4-1). They welcome AC Milan to the Parc des Princes, after reassuring themselves this weekend against Strasboug (3-0). The Rossoneri fell at home this Sunday against Juventus (0-1), but have had a very good start to the season. In the Champions League, they have two points after two goalless matches: 0-0 against Newcastle then at Dortmund. PSG players will have to find the solution to break through the Milan defense and win a match that would bring them closer to qualification, before going to San Siro.
In the other match of the group, the leader Newcastle receives the Borussia Dortmund, who is in last place with just one point. The Borussen already have their backs against the wall, while the Magpies have an opportunity to make a break in the standings.

Wednesday at 6:45 p.m., Barça receives the Shakhtar Donetsk and can already take a big step towards the round of 16.
