(Finance) – As part of the purchase obligation of the remaining shares of the takeover bid promoted by Castor Bidco on the actions of Cerved Group, it appears that today, January 28, 2022, no requests for participation in the sell-out procedure have been submitted. Therefore, since the beginning of the offer, a total of 178,753 subscriptions have been submitted, equal to 1.422% of the offer.
The offer, which began on January 10, will end on February 4, 2022.
