As a reminder, endometriosis is a gynecological disease that affects one in ten women. It causes intense chronic pelvic pain, particularly when rules. When they occur, the endometrium detaches to be evacuated. In the case of a woman with endometriosis, some endometrial cells will migrate and settle in other parts of the body such as the ovaries, vagina or even the colon. They will cause debilitating pain that can last several days, and remains the most common sign of the disease. What plant does CBD oil come from?
CBD oil is produced from hemp. The doubt has long hovered over the fact that this plant and cannabis were two distinct species. Could the virtues attributed to CBD relieve the pain associated with endometriosis?
CBD is a legal substance whose the virtues are recognized from a medical point of view. It would also reduce inflammation and relieve inflammatory diseases.
If its effect is not “fully proven”, the CBD to relieve endometriosis could provide respite to women with this disease. Indeed, it is a product often used in self-medication to reduce the pain caused by certain pathologies. While CBD oil cannot be a cure for endometriosis, it will allow sufferers to enjoy a better quality of life with reduced pain.
Namely: CBD could have beneficial effects on stress and anxiety, sleep and mood disorders, addictions, osteoarthritis or even skin diseases (psorasis, eczema, etc.).
