Region Halland now reports the case to the Inspectorate for Care and Care (Ivo) according to lex Maria.
“For this incident, a report is also important to clarify the circumstances surrounding what happened, to review and update the routines to avoid this happening again,” says chief physician Magnus Garell in a press release.
