The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Bup) in Stockholm has lex Maria filed its own handling of a case where a child committed suicide last May, reports P4 Stockholm.
The parents have criticized that the child was not admitted to inpatient care after three suicide attempts within the space of three weeks.
BUP’s own investigation shows shortcomings that may have affected the outcome for the child. Now the Inspectorate for Care and Care (Ivo) will investigate what has happened.
