The German Research Center for Geosciences (GFZ) announced on Saturday that a 6.1 magnitude earthquake occurred in Santiago del Estero, Argentina.
GFZ stated that the earthquake was at a depth of 620 km. There was no statement regarding any loss of life or property after the earthquake.
