(Finance) – Gian Luca Santi, Non-executive Director of BPER Bank and member of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee, he resigned from the aforementioned offices, with immediate effect.
The same credit institution communicates this, adding that on the same date, the Board of Directors, after consulting the competent Board Committees, approved the hiring of Gian Luca Santi, with effect from next October 2022, as Deputy General Manager of the Bank , Head of the Strategy, Finance & Innovation Area.
As of today, Gian Luca Santi does not hold any shareholdings in BPER Banca.
