(Finance) – Consob ordered the restart of the instructor termsstarting from 30 June 2022 (expiring on 8 July 2022), of the approval process of the Offer Document relating to thetakeover bid (takeover bid) compulsory totalitarian of BPER on the ordinary shares of Banca Carige and the voluntary takeover bid at 8pm savings shares by Carige.
The June 17 Consob had suspended the preliminary terms of the procedure for approving the Offer Document.
