(Tiper Stock Exchange) – The Borgosesia group a serial investor in the field of special situations & opportunities, he concludes in the second semester 2022
new investments for a total of approximately 14.9 million Euros which, added to those completed in the first half of the year, bring those per year to reach a value of 32.4 millionwhich compares with 22.2 million in 2021.
Also in the second half of the year the Group considered it appropriate focus on brownfieldi.e. on interventions that require a limited additional investment for their completion, and on real estate developments to be implemented in partnership with builders and suppliers able to guarantee its realization at predetermined costs.
Among the main transactions concluded, in addition to the capital increase of Green Soluzioni Immobiliari (4 million euros), the Group took over loans mostly secured by a first-degree mortgage on a residential/accommodation complex on Lake Garda for an investment of 5.5 million. Against a further investment of millions, the repossession of the property complex represented by the Petriolo Estate, located in the heart of the Chianti Senese, was completed. With an investment of 1.8 million, the Group then acquired the 40% stake held by the minority shareholders in Tinvest, and with an investment of 1 million it acquired 51% of
4F, a company awarded the contract for a building area of approximately 150,000 m2 located in Carimate (CO).
