Booster Tier List – What are the best improvements?

There are many boosters you can earn in Helldivers 2, but which ones are the best? In our Tier List we give you the answer and also show you how you can get the boosters.

What are boosters? In Helldivers 2 you can select boosters before a mission. These give you advantages on your operation. From increased vitality to shorter waiting times during evacuations, there is a lot that can make your life easier. It is therefore important to take the right boosters with you in the respective missions.

How do I get boosters? You get boosters by spending medals in the War Bonds. There are currently a total of 9 boosters that you can earn and equip (as of April 23, 2024).

We tested all the boosters for our Tier List and compared opinions from the community and came up with our result. If you have a different opinion, feel free to leave a comment.

  • Which are the best boosters? There are four main improvements in the race for the best boosters. These include Hellpod space optimization, muscle improvement, endurance improvement and vitality improvement.

    With a party equipped with all of these upgrades, you’ll be fully equipped at all times, able to overcome rough terrain with ease, sprint longer, and withstand injuries. This is especially important in the higher levels of difficulty.

    Can I also use other boosters? Of course, depending on the mission you’re tackling, you can swap out the boosters. Examples like Locating Disorder can make your exploration easier, while Evacuation Ace Pilot lets you evacuate quickly.

    No booster is completely useless, players just have to decide which ones are worth it. Increased and Flexible Gain Budget are both boosters that are intended more for newcomers. They forgive you for mistakes, which is more common, especially as a cadet. However, if you keep getting better, you don’t need second chances, but rather buffs that are particularly noticeable in fights and on the run.
