Biden interrupted his speech and went to the Situation Room

US President Joe Biden interrupted his speech about the economy at the White House and went to the White House Situation Room. Biden left the podium, saying, “I apologize, I have to go to the situation room. There is a problem I need to deal with.”

The Situation Room, used as a conference hall and intelligence management center, is managed by the US National Security Council.

WHITE HOUSE SHARED THAT SHOT

After Biden left the meeting, a photo was shared on the White House’s social media account. “President Biden and Vice President Harris received information from the national security team today about the latest developments in Israel and Gaza,” the post read.

SIMULTANEOUS ATTACK ON US BASES IN SYRIA

A simultaneous attack was carried out on the Omar oil field, where US forces are deployed, and the US bases in Shaddadi district in Syria’s Deir ez-Zor and Hasakah provinces.

According to information obtained from local sources, the US army’s bases in the Omar oil field in Deir ez-Zor and the Shaddadi district in Hasakah were attacked simultaneously with land-to-surface weapons.

While it was reported that rockets fell around the bases in the attacks, there is no information about any loss of life.

Attacks were carried out yesterday morning on the base in the Tenef region, where the US army is located, in the south of Syria, and on the Robarya Base in the Malikiyye district, near the Iraqi border, in the evening, with an armed unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of unknown origin.

The Deir ez-Zor lands east of the Euphrates River are under the occupation of the US-backed terrorist organization YPG/PKK, while the provincial center and other rural areas are under the control of the Assad regime and Iranian-backed groups.

Iran-backed groups occasionally attack US bases on the east bank of the Euphrates River with rockets and UAVs. (AA-IHA)
