(Ticker) – Bialetti Industriesas majority shareholder (99.99%) of Cem-Bialetti – a company incorporated under Turkish law dedicated to the cooking tools and kitchen accessories segment – completed, through CEM Bialetti, the closing relating to the sale of CEM assets Bialetti in line with what was communicated on 15 December 2022.
With this sale, consistent with the Business Plan communicated on 19 July 2022, Bialetti takes an important step towards greater focus of the Company’s business on the promotion and sale of products with higher margins, including products in the coffee segment.
