WHY DOES INCREDIBLE FAILURE CAUSES?
SLEEP APNEA
Sleep apnea is called the ‘silent killer’. Because the disruptions caused by sleep prevent the body from resting properly during deep sleep and put an extra burden on our organs. During an episode, the lack of oxygen triggers the patient’s brain to pull them out of deep sleep so the airways reopen. It is linked to high blood pressure. If you always feel very tired and have to get up very often at night to urinate, this may be a sign of diabetes.
DRINK LITTLE WATER
Your body needs water to function. Dehydrating your brain can tire you out mentally. “Not drinking enough water affects your entire body, including your brain, and leads to a feeling of fatigue,” said Dr Hassain. According to studies, people who are dehydrated experience twice as much fatigue.
NOT CONSUMING ENOUGH RED MEAT
Not eating enough red meat, dark green vegetables or legumes could be the cause of your insomnia. All of these foods are rich in iron, a key component of hemoglobin, a type of protein found in red blood cells that carries oxygen from your lungs to all parts of the body. Dozens of studies have shown that too few minerals can lead to anemia, which can cause fatigue, shortness of breath and irregular heartbeats.
