Banca Mediolanum June net inflows at 447 million euro

(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Mediolanum Bankthe big Italian asset management company, announced that i commercial results amounted to 740 million euros a June 2023, of which: total net inflow at 447 million, 4.69 billion YTD; net inflows into managed savings at 219 million, 2.16 billion YTD; new loans disbursed for 276 million euros, 1.68 billion YTD; protection policy premiums for 17 million euro, 90 million YTD.

“The positive trend continues with the further contribution of the month of June which allows us to close a solid first half with approximately 4.7 billion in total deposits and over 2.1 billion in deposits in asset management products – commented theCEO Massimo Doris – In recent months we have decided to share the benefit of current interest rates with customers who have chosen Banca Mediolanum for their savings needs, and without a doubt this strategy has proved successful, allowing us to increase our market share and acquire 101,000 new qualified customers in the first six months, 10% more than in last year”.

There total net inflows for the first six months stands at 4,689 million euros, up from 4,345 million euros in the same period of 2022, with a different mix: assets under management at 2,157 million euros (vs 3,122 a year ago) and assets under administration at 2,532 million euros (vs 1,223).

“I am particularly optimistic about the second half of the year in which I expect an acceleration in favor of the managed sector, thanks also to the push of new customers who will learn to make full use of our model and will make use of the quality advice of our Family Bankers”, he added.
