A man in his 70s is now charged with aggravated rape of a child, sexual molestation of a child and child pornography offences, reports Nya Wermland-Tidningen.
The suspected rape must have been committed between April 2016 and October 2017 when the man was babysitting a child close to him. He is also said to have taken pictures that can be classified as child pornography.
Sometime between July and September 2021, the man is accused, according to the indictment, of having taken another child to his chest. Both children were under the age of 15 at the time of the events.
The man, who is from southern Värmland, denies any crime.
