Holmön Seajazz is back after two canceled years and the main character this year is the award-winning jazz singer Meta Roos, who performs with Danne Johansson’s quartet.
– The melody always comes first for me, says the singer.
From Ostrobothnia comes the big band Nordwall Udd Big Band and on Sunday the Vasakyrkan Big Band plays in the church on Holmön. During this year’s Holmön Seajazz, Lars Lystedt is honored posthumously as guest of honor. Lystedt died this spring, and was one of the initiators of Seajazz.
