(Finance) – The assembly of the shareholders of Avioa company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the construction and development of space launchers and propulsion systems, has approved the budget as at 31 December 2021 and the distribution of a unit dividend of € 0.178 for each ordinary share in circulation, for a total amount of 4.5 million euros. The dividend will be payable starting from 11 May 2022, with detachment of coupon n. 6, on 9 May 2022 and with the date of legitimacy to receive the dividend set on 10 May 2022 (record date).
The partners also approved the policy remunerationapproved on “Performance Share Plan 2022-2024 “and confirmed as director of the company Marcella Logli (who will remain in office until the expiry of the other directors currently in office and, therefore, until the date of the shareholders’ meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year ending on 31 December 2022).
