Man charged with domestic offenses

Sometime between Thursday at 8 pm and Saturday at 6:30 pm, someone took a camouflage-coloured 2019 Can-Am Outlander (Mossy Oak Edition) ATV from a residence on Park Street in Chatham.

The ATV was last seen bearing Ontario marker 4MM61, Chatham-Kent police said.

Warrant arrests

On Saturday morning, while on general patrol, police located a woman on St. Clair Street in Chatham who was wanted for allegedly failing to provide a DNA sample and breaching her probation.

The 41-year-old Chatham woman was arrested and taken to police headquarters, where a DNA sample was obtained. She was held in custody pending a bail hearing and released with a court date.

In a separate matter Saturday afternoon, while on general patrol, police located a man on Jane Street in Thamesville who was wanted for allegedly failing to attend court.

The 65-year-old Thamesville man was arrested and taken to headquarters. He was later released with a short date.
