Attention Swedish team last night – Emil Bemström and Alex Nylander change NHL teams

One of Columbus’ Swedes, former Djurgårds player and forward Emil Bemström, is traded for Pittsburgh’s forward Alex Nylander, in a deal between the teams, according to nhl.com.

Alex Nylander is the younger brother of Toronto’s big star William Nylander and has played mostly in the AHL this season. He has appeared in five NHL games for the Penguins during the season.

Emil Bemström has played 32 games for Columbus and scored five goals and six assists.
