Are Allt för Sverige participants paid for their participation?

“Allt för Sverige” premiered in 2011 and since then, a whole host of Americans, with the help of SVT production, have rediscovered their Swedish roots.

Host of the viewer favorite is none other than Anders Lundinwho have actually been involved from the start.

– Allt för Sverige got off a bit during the pandemic years and wherever I go I have met people who anxiously wondered if there will be a new season. How nice to be able to say: Yes! We are underway, he said in a press release in connection with the start of filming.

The participants shocked naked in “All for Sweden”

So far, “Allt för Sverige” has offered both one and the other. Among other things, the ten participants got to taste classic Swedish salt licorice, eat sandwich cake and try a cold bath – some more lightly dressed than others.

– Being naked is not a problem for me. I was born naked and I have fun naked and I will probably die naked, says the participant Karl Ekwurtzel in the program.

Do Allt för Sverige participants receive compensation?

And this is just the beginning of a season that is sure to contain more antics. But who was actually allowed to open the wallet when the program was recorded and do the participants receive any compensation for their participation? News24 asked the production behind “Allt för Sverige”.

“Any private purchases or excursions that participants make between recordings are at their own expense,” they write and continue:

“Our contracts with performers are something we never discuss with outsiders.”
