A 45-year-old man came into the emergency department at Ljungby Hospital on Sunday evening with stab wounds to his body. The man is suspected of having been stabbed with a sharp object and the police are investigating attempted murder.
– As I understand it, there should be no danger to his life, says Rickard Lundqvist, press spokesperson at the police, to TT.
A 35-year-old man has been brought in for questioning, but no one has been arrested at the moment.
– We think he may have more to tell about this incident, says Lundqvist.
