(Finance) – In relation to the buy-back program authorized by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 31 March 2021 and the start of which was communicated on 4 October 2021, ANIMA Holding has announced that it has purchasedfrom 7 to 11 February 2022, overall 727,503 ordinary shares at an average price of 4.5642 euros, for a counter-value of 3.316.465,06 euros.
Following the purchases announced on 14 February and considering the ordinary shares previously held in the company’s portfolio, ANIMA Holding holds 21,824,257 treasury shares equal to approximately 5.92% of the share capital.
In Milan, today, discount for the main independent asset manager in Italy which stores the session in sharp decline, showing a loss of 3.55% on the previous values.
