(Finance) – ANIMA Holding announced that October 31, 2022 was completed the buy-back program launched on 15 July 2022 on the basis of the shareholders’ resolution of 31 March 2022.
In the period between July 15, 2022 and October 31, 2022, the Group purchased a total of 8,994,588 treasury shares equal to 2.60% of the share capital for a value of € 29,128,149.68, at an average price of 3,238. EUR.
On October 31, 2022, ANIMA Holding purchased 270,411 treasury shares at an average price of 3.13 euros and for an equivalent value of 848,183.58 euros.
Therefore, as of November 1, ANIMA Holding holds 15,549,013 treasury shares equal to 4.49% of the share capital.
