(Finance) – Il Anief unionwhich has always been at the forefront for the rights of all school workers, especially temporary workers who, with many years of service behind them, keep the school going, promotes an appeal, totally free of charge, for the recognition of the 2022-2024 one-off contractual advance for temporary teaching, ATA and educational staff. The union specifies that it is possible to recover up to 1,500 euros.
The legislative decree of 18 October 2023 n. 145 provided for permanent public employees an advance of 2 billion euros, to be paid as a one-off equal to the annual value of the contractual holiday allowance multiplied by 6.7 times. The appeal aims to have the emolument recognized also for temporary school staff. All teachers, ATA and educational staff who have or have had a fixed-term contract in a state school of any duration in 2022 and/or 2023 can join the appeal. To join the appeal it is necessary to complete the Anief registration procedure.
