The Kremlin is boiling with anger since Lithuania stopped rail transport to and from the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad on the Baltic Sea of goods covered by EU sanctions.
Russia will respond to the hostile actions, said Nikolai Patrushev, secretary of the Russian Security Council, during a meeting in Kaliningrad.
